Independent member vacancy

Community Pharmacy Derbyshire have recently received resignation from Lindsey Fairbrother, who was an Independent member on the committee.

There were two nominations received for the Independent member position, when we asked for expressions of interest and so all independent pharmacies should have received, via the pharmacy NHS email, details of the candidates and voting forms.  Please complete and return to Alison Ellis, Returning Officer – info@cpderbyshire.org.uk by 5pm on Sunday 31st May 206.
