The Annual General Meeting was held on Thursday 21st September 2023 and those present voted in favour of accepting the accounts but unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the voting papers were not sent out to all contractors and head office contacts. Therefore we have sent out the forms today (Friday 22nd September 2023) and give 30 days notice to give opportunity for any queries to be raised on the final 2022/23 account.
